Responsible for creating all visual creative content for the project and monitoring all metrics. (i.e. social media and website)
Works with Project Manager and Copywriter to brainstorm, review, and edit creative to ensure it aligns with the visual creative.
Collaborates with project team to define the creative vision, using the Strategists’ insights to guide decisions.
Skilled in Adobe or Canva is a plus
Project Manager
Liaison between client and agency; Oversees and maintains client relationship with weekly check-ins outside of Elevate meetings.
Communicates clients’ needs to project team and vice versa, ensuring objectives are on track, timelines are clear,and clients’ needs are addressed.
Takes meeting notes, sends action items to client and project team, and creates a calendar with milestone deadlines.
Copywriter
Works with project team to establish creative vision and executes all written creative for the project.
Collaborates with Media Manager to align written communication with visual assets.
Create 2 writing pieces per semester about the client for Elevate Agency’s blog.
Strategist
Conducts research and analysis of the client, their competitors, the industry, and the target market, ensuring all areas of the brief area addressed. Will be responsible for any additional research needs throughout the project.
Provide strategic guidance based on metrics received from the Media Manager, translating all findings into insights to be presented to project team.
Ensure the project team's creative vision is backed by insights, making strategic adjustments if KPIs are not being met.
Sales Team
Ideate strategies to help assigned clients meet their sales objectives.
Communicate regularly with the relevant Elevate Agency project teams to ensure the sales strategy aligns with their campaign strategy.
Conduct any sales outreach or activities requested by the clients.
